BB00472: Kitab al-Vahid 02 (Letter to the second Temple)
This is what We have sent down to him who was the second to believe in God and His signs, and verily We are the Senders.
He is
In the Name of God, the Eternal that does not pass away.
Verily the Glory from God is upon the eternal that does not pass away, and from the tongue of that Eternal One to the eternal and self-subsisting all command returns to Me in the Book, as a favor from God, the Eternal, the Self-Subsisting.
Verily this is an epistle from the letter Tha’ to him who was the second to believe in God, as a light from Us to the worlds. We have sent it down in that Book, and verily We were its Senders. Therein appears every command from Us, for verily We were Commanders. We, verily We, have sent down the Book to him who confirms your Cause, as a bounty from Us and a gift to the worlds.
We were well-pleased with you on the Day of Resurrection, and then before God are those who testify to your Cause in the Book, and verily We were well-pleased. And We believed in you before and will surely believe in you hereafter, and verily We were among those who prostrate. And inasmuch as you believed in God your Lord in His Manifestation, God has made you the second to believe in God, as a bounty from Him upon you. Verily He is the Protector of the God-fearing.
I shall command according to what God has revealed in the Book. Let not the veils of the people grieve you, for verily We are joyous. And when We see the veils of the people in the Palace of Paradise, We shall surely laugh at them and at their deeds, and verily We were among those who laugh. Let not the opposition of the people grieve you, and be not among the silent ones. We shall surely assist you, as We did before and likewise afterwards—a promise binding upon Us. Verily We were among the patient ones.
You shall surely call the people to God in the Book, as a command from His servant. Verily He is the Best of Witnesses. Say: By God’s command you shall do this night and day, and be not among the patient ones. Verily God establishes through His command whatsoever He willeth and decrees what He desireth. His is the praise in the Hereafter and in this world, then in the heavens and the earth, then among all the worlds.
