BB00555: Li-Mulla Sadiq

This is a prayer that was revealed for the name of God, the Truthful, the Faithful—upon him be the glory of God and the glory of all things. God beareth witness that His servant hath believed in God and His verses, and was among the truthful ones.

O God! Thou knowest all things and whatsoever the doers do for Thy face, and Thou hast promised through the tongue of Thy chosen ones that those who show patience in face of the words of Thine enemies shall receive the reward of a thousand martyrs from among Thy servants. There is no doubt in Thy judgment and no uncertainty in Thy Cause. Indeed tribulation is renewed at every moment through the execution of Thy decree and is multiplied without limit by Thy wisdom.

O God! Thou knowest what Thy servant hath endured in Thy path, and this is such a station of tribulation that none hath preceded it in intensity nor shall any equal it thereafter in station, and all are brought into his presence. O God! Grant him such recompense as befitteth Thee and inscribe for him the word of divine decree on the Day of Meeting.

Verily Thou exaltest whomsoever Thou willest through whatsoever Thou willest however Thou willest, and Thou showest mercy unto whomsoever Thou willest through whatsoever Thou willest however Thou willest. Verily Thou art the All-Forgiving, the All-Merciful.
