He is the Most Mighty, Most Manifest, Most Great, Most Luminous, Most Glorious
In the Name of God, the Most Unapproachable, the Most Holy
God beareth witness that there is none other God but Him, the Sovereign, the All-Glorious, the Most Great, the All-Compelling, the Almighty, the All-Subduing, the Manifest, the Luminous, the Creator, the Majestic, the Pre-existent, the Most Great, the All-Powerful, the Most Holy. His are the most excellent names. All that are in the heavens and on the earth and whatsoever lieth between them sing His praise, and He is the Protector, the Self-Subsisting.
O Muhammad-Qabl-ʿAli, verily the numerical value of negation in “There is no God” hath been fulfilled, and it is incumbent upon every soul to establish the Alif of affirmation in that wherein ye are, and this is, in this Day, regarded by God as the essence of the Cause for those who are assured. Say: Verily, ye shall negate the negation and establish the affirmation according to that which ye are able. Say: Religion after religion is none other than the knowledge of God, His oneness, the acknowledgment of His justice, following that which hath been sent down from His presence, and the negation of all attributes from His holy court, for all else besides Him are but His creation.
Say: O My creation! Fear ye Me. Whatsoever God hath created in the Book and what is therein is in the first verse, and what is therein is in the mighty Bismillah, and what is therein is in the first letter, and verily there is no God but I, the Lord of the worlds. This is the foundation of religion: in the beginning glorify God, in the end praise God, outwardly profess the unity of God, and inwardly magnify God. And in this Day, so long as the sun shineth, the whole of religion is “There is no God but God,” outwardly and inwardly, first and last, then Muhammad is the Apostle of God, then the Imams and the Holy Leaf are God’s proofs, then the Gates are the Manifestations of magnification. This is the all-embracing Word, and verily the measures of its branches revolve around it.
Enter ye into the religion, and ye shall be triumphant over the earth and all that is thereon. Purify ye the lands of negation according to the number of negation, through God, your Lord, the All-Merciful, being manifest. Observe ye the names of the verse and send greetings upon them from thy Lord, then upon the most excellent names and the supreme examples and the Prophets and the truthful ones and the martyrs and the righteous ones. And whosoever desireth to enter beneath the shadow of affirmation, these are they who shall inherit.
And if ʿAli is there, make mention of him from thy Lord and say: Verily thou, on the Day of Resurrection, art of those who attain. If thou desirest to be present, be from where thou art not known, and if thou consolest the people of grief in the letter Fa, this is more beloved unto Me. We have sent the Tablets unto him, and God will gather together Me and whomsoever hath believed in the truth from Me through His command. Verily, He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.
Verily, what is wondrous is that the name of the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, hath been fulfilled from the night of thy recognition of thy Lord. The number of negation in “There is no God” hath extended fifty thousand years, and the days of affirmation have dawned, yet until now what behooveth the negation of negation and the affirmation of affirmation hath not been mentioned. This is the whole of religion in this Day, not that wherein people rejoice.
Observe ye Our Great Name and recite ye the Book of the All-Bountiful, for verily, for each one examples of that Temple are treasured with God. God beareth witness that there is no God but Him. His is the creation and the command. He giveth life and causeth death, then causeth death and giveth life, and verily He is the Ever-Living Who dieth not. Within His grasp is the kingdom of all things. He createth what He willeth by His command. Verily, He hath power over all things. And whoso believeth in God and then in His signs, these are they who shall triumph. Say: God is Lord and whatsoever is besides God is servant, and all are worshippers of Him, some knowingly and some unknowingly.
Say: The stations of interpretation belong to the Prophet, and the stations of communion belong to the Guardian, and the stations of knowledge belong to the Gates—stations which We have manifested and then attributed to the Manifestations of the Living One. We have reserved the verses unto God, exalted be His remembrance, for none possesseth them save Him, and there hath been no discourse after God and His verses in which the people have believed.
Say: That which Ali—peace be upon him—hath spoken, its proof is His verses and its existence is its establishment, and God is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. And verily We have sent forth temples of companions numbering 313 and 226—were but one of these to be found with anyone, along with faith, he would gain ascendancy over all the worlds. And verily the number of the Gate in the Greater Temples hath subjugated therein the ranks of the earth through five sections of unity, so hasten ye unto them, for through them shall ye be victorious.
