BB00133: Ziyarat for the first to believe, on Thursday night
In the Name of God, the Most Inaccessible, the Most Holy
Glorified art Thou, O my God! I testify unto Thee, as doth every created thing on this night—the night of Friday—whereon Thou beholdest him who calleth upon Thee in the Bayan, that there is none other God but Thee, alone, without partner, and that the Bayan is Thy proof wherein is detailed all things. Thou hast manifested Thy power therein such that were all who dwell on earth to gather together to produce a verse like unto Thy verses, they would be powerless. Therefore, glorified art Thou! There is no God but Thee.
I further testify that the Seven Letters are with Thee and are Thy proof, that the Letters of the Living are Thy first Names, and that those who have believed in Thee in the Bayan are the evidences of Thy sovereignty, and all that is therein is from Thee, as Thou hast revealed in the Bayan that there is no God but Him, the Living, the Self-Subsisting, the All-Compelling.
Glorified art Thou, O my God! How can I affirm anything of Thee when […] if there be nothing beside Thee? And though I know there is no creator besides Thee, no sustainer besides Thee, no life-giver besides Thee, no quickener besides Thee, and no resurrector besides Thee—Thou Who hast revealed Thyself to all things through all things that verily I am God, there is no God but Me, the Mighty, the Beloved.
Glorified art Thou! Send Thy blessings upon the Point of the Bayan, our Sovereign, our King, our Lord, our Beloved, and our Desire, in its beginning and its end, and upon the evidences of Thy Names in their beginning and their end, and upon the likeness of Thy Names in their beginning and their end, for Thy power extendeth over both, Thy sovereignty prevaileth over both, Thy Will is manifest in both, Thy Purpose is triumphant in both, Thy signs are resplendent in both, Thy words are perfected in both, and Thy revelations shine forth in both. Thine is the command and the creation, before and after. There is no God but Thee, the Self-Subsisting, the All-Compelling.
Send down, O my God, at this moment upon the Tree of the Bayan, its root, its branch, its twigs, its leaves, its fruits, and all that pertaineth unto it, that which beseemeth the loftiness of Thy generosity, the sublimity of Thy gift, the inaccessibility of Thy grace, the exaltation of Thy bounty, the excellence of […] and the manifestation from Thee, and the satisfaction of Thy bestowal. For verily Thou art powerful over all things, exalted above all things, inaccessible at the right hand of all things, elevated beyond the left hand of all things, and sovereign over every quarter of all things.
All shall glorify Thee according to their capacity, all shall sanctify Thee according to their capacity, all shall unite in Thy oneness according to their capacity, all shall magnify Thee according to their capacity, all shall exalt Thee according to their capacity, all shall venerate Thee according to their capacity, all shall extol Thy majesty according to their capacity, all shall honor Thee according to their capacity, all shall acclaim Thy sovereignty according to their capacity, and all shall prostrate before Thee according to their capacity, being assured that none of this can reach unto Thee in the sublimity of Thine exaltation and the supremacy of Thine inaccessibility, but rather reacheth unto the Manifestation of Thy Self, the Seven Letters, and those who point to Thee beneath His shadow from among the evidences of the sovereignty of Thy Self-Subsistence and the dwellers in the heaven of Thy sanctified might.
Thou art He Who existed before all things, Who brought all things into being, Who is above all things, Who is with all things, and Who subsisteth beyond all things. Send down, O my God, at this moment upon the Seven Letters, in their beginning and their end, and the manifestations of their self, and that which pointeth unto them, in their beginning and their end, from every help that helpeth them.
And grant unto it from all invincibility its most invincible, and from all sovereignty its most enduring, and from all loftiness its most elevated, and from all might its mightiest, and from all greatness its greatest, and from all grandeur its grandest, and from all joy its most joyous, and from all majesty its most majestic, and from all beauty its most beautiful, and from all light its most luminous, and from all sanctity its most sanctified, and from all mercy its most diffusive, and from all bounty its most resplendent, and from all grace its most gracious, and from all generosity its most generous, and from all munificence its most munificent, and from all names its greatest, and from all will its most decisive, and from all purpose its swiftest, and from all power its most powerful, and from all decree its most steadfast, and from all execution its most equitable, and from all glory its most beloved, and from all scripture its most splendid, and from all utterance its most pleasing, and from all judgment its most impregnable, and from all dominion its most independent, and from all might its most transcendent, and from all divinity its most concealed, and from all ruby its most treasured, and from all eternity its most ancient, and from all kingdom its most glorious, until Thou dost witness in the sanctuary of the first to believe in it what Thou witnesseth at that moment in the essence of the Seven’s elevation of gold, for the kingdom is Thine alone, there is no God but Thee, for whomsoever Thou willest, however Thou willest, through what Thou willest, and Thou bestowest upon whomsoever Thou willest, through what Thou willest, however Thou willest.
Therefore, O my God, manifest the sovereign power of Thy might throughout all created things, that they may raise up Thy house if one be able from above the water to cut diamond? Nay, rather like […] which is attributed to Thee, it behooveth […] upon this and according to the measure that Thou causest means to flow from the treasuries of Thy Command and sendest down destinies from the heaven of Thy might, and that Thou mayest raise up the houses wherein Thy Self hath been glorified to the highest possible degree in creation with Thee, for by Thy might, if […] according to the measure that the house of the first to believe in Thee and Thy signs is raised up of peerless ruby, were the suspended earth above the water to be filled until it reached the horizon of what is possible in elevation—for this is glory unto that thing, for it is attributed to that which is attributed to Thee, otherwise if it be not expended in Thy path and remaineth within its bounds, what difference is there between it and a stone with Thee?
Glorified art Thou, there is no God but Thee, Thou didst not create anything except for the Manifestations of Thyself and for those who draw nigh unto Thee in that Revelation than him upon whom […] Thy signs and upon whom Thy words were sent down, and those who are guides unto him, for they are guides unto Thee, and I beseech Thee for faith in Thee and in Thy signs in every Revelation, for what would benefit me and everything this and otherwise less than that I see from the day of Adam until now among the people which profiteth them not, nay rather I see them in the fire, so how would it benefit me were I to fill the pillars of my house with the red elixir, but on the Day of Resurrection Thou wilt not raise me first from the resting-place of a believer unless Thou rememberest me with a mention of Thy good-pleasure, nay by Thy might, though none may encompass the knowledge of my seat, yet on that Day Thou wilt raise me from the resting-place of one who believeth in Thee and nothing shall diminish from Thy grace towards me, and if Thou gatherest both for me it is better, for Thy treasuries are inexhaustible and Thy bounties are uncountable, if anyone through his knowledge be a guide unto Thy glory as though there were on that Day among those who believed in the Qur’an any glory, whether among their living or their dead, there was none but the All-Glorious.
Your Beloved Muhammad, Who possesses such glory, is more submissive than anyone possessing submission and more humble than anyone possessing humility. None owns this glory except Him. And despite His lofty glory before Thee, He is indeed humble and prostrate before Thee, submissive and low. Glorified art Thou! There is no God but Thee. And if any believer in Muhammad experiences abasement, this brings grief to Thy Beloved if it relates to love for Him; otherwise such a one has turned away and will not return to Him. And likewise, O my God, in the Bayan, clothe every believer in Me with the garment of Thy glory if they believe in Him Whom Thou shall manifest on the Day of Resurrection through Thy verses. But clothe with the garment of Thy chastisement and vengeance, and place beneath His feet like dust, nay smaller than that, those who do not believe. Indeed, I am not pleased that such souls should enter My religion when they have not believed in My return.
Glorified art Thou! There is no God but Thee. Glory belongs to Thee and to those who believe in Thee in that Manifestation through the Seven Letters and what Thou hast commanded in the Bayan. O God, bestow then all Thy blessings upon Him Whom Thou shall manifest, and upon His father, His mother, His brother, His sister, and those created through His grace, and those related to Him among His near kindred, and those who enter beneath the shadow of the sovereignty of His love—upon all things by which something is mentioned. Verily, Thou art the All-Bountiful, the All-Encompassing, the All-Surrounding.
Then turn to the Tree of Sin and say: May there shine from the horizon of Glory and rise from the horizon of Might and Beauty upon thee, O Most Luminous Leaf, the splendor, the fragrance, the pure Names, the Essence of symbols, the abstract Lights, and upon those who resemble thee in thy path from the beginning of Glory and Lights, and the possessors of ornament and adorning, that which extends to all things from God, the One, the All-Compelling, and that which the people of the Bayan draw from God, the One, the Manifest.
The glory from the Bayan be upon you, O sanctified hearts, holy spirits, glorified souls, adorned bodies, and forms that guide unto God, besides Whom there is no God. His are the most beautiful names, in both past and future. You are the highest example and the most beautiful names in your hearts. You shall not be guided except unto God your Lord. So glory be to God, your King, your Sovereign, your Lord and your God Who created you, sustained you, caused you to die, gave you life and will resurrect you. There is no God but Him. We and you are sincere unto Him, we and you are worshippers of Him, we and you are devoted to Him, we and you are thankful to Him, we and you are mindful of Him.
