In His Name, the Most High, the Most Great

Say: Now permission has come from the Book of God, and in this let the humble ones rejoice. We have indeed read what thou didst send down by God’s leave, and God knoweth all that people know not. We have sent down a Book by God’s leave unto him that he might thank God thy Lord who aideth His Cause, and verily We are knowing of all things.

Read thou the Book of Permission unto him and say: The Command is from God. Fear thou God, for verily I see thee among the righteous ones. Say: When thou desirest to enter among thy people, then manifest their Cause by thy Lord’s leave, and speak not a word that would cause the people around thee to flee.

Trust thou in God, for verily God thy Lord loveth those who put their trust in Him. Say: Verily I am not pleased that thou shouldst enter into a matter that would break thine own self. Say: Glory belongeth unto the sincere believers. It is written.

Say: Thou knowest thyself better than I. If thou knowest the oppressors can affect thy Cause, then trust in God and speak not a word that would cause sedition thereby. Say: I believe in what God hath revealed unto me and I am of those who repent.

And thou, O trusted one, empty thy heart of God thy Lord’s Cause from before, and write not unto anyone a word that would cause sedition among the people. Make right what would corrupt the work in God’s religion and say: Repent unto God, O ye people, all of you.
