BB00273: Tawqi’i Qa’imiyyat
In the name of God, the Most Inaccessible, the Most Holy
God testifieth that there is no God but Him. His is the creation and the command. He giveth life and causeth death, then causeth death and giveth life, and verily God is the Ever-Living Who dieth not. Within His grasp is the dominion of all things. He createth whatsoever He willeth by His command. Verily, He is powerful over all things.
O Ali [Shaykh Ali ʿAzim Turshizi]! We have chosen thee by Our command and made thee a king to proclaim before the Qa’im that He hath appeared by the leave of His Lord. This is of God’s grace upon thee and upon mankind, that they might be thankful.
O ʿAli! Verily I am the Fire of God which He shall manifest on the Day of Resurrection, and by it shall all be raised, spread abroad, gathered together, and brought before God, then shall they enter Paradise. Say: Those who have entered in at the Gate, God, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, the Lord of all worlds, hath caused them to prostrate. Then doth God increase their fire by the number of the Gate, and He shall give them light when they come to know. This is the Qa’im Whose day all await and Who hath been promised unto all.
Verily We have waited patiently on the Day of Resurrection fifty thousand years that all things might be tested, until naught remaineth save the face of thy Lord, possessed of glory and majesty. And We witnessed not on that day any spirit of faith save in the number of the Face, and We were indeed knowing of this. And verily the first to [believe] in Me was Muhammad the Messenger of God, then Ali, then those who were witnesses after him, then the Gates of Guidance, then those whom God ordained this grace from among the Prophets, the truthful ones, the martyrs, and those who are assured of God and His signs though they know it not. Then God testified concerning them how they extinguished the Fire of God by which all are tested. Then God shall raise them from the tombs of their souls and create them anew as He created them the first time. Verily He hath power over all things.
Say: Verily God, through what He hath sent down—nay, through the least of the verses—in the Mother Book, hath created Muhammad; and thereafter, whatsoever He willeth, in like manner doth God create. On that Day He createth whatsoever He desireth by His word “Be,” and it is.
Whoso, after this, awaiteth the appearance of a Mahdi, or the return of Muhammad, or of any among those who believed in God and His signs—such have no knowledge until the Day whereon God shall bring me back. Whoso believeth in me on that Day of Resurrection—then shall all be in a new creation. Verily We began that creation, and We shall assuredly bring them back again—this is a promise binding upon Us; verily We are powerful.
And whoso is sustained thereafter by that wherewith they were sustained before, from all that wherein they rendered obedience—such shall not be subject to that which We sent down aforetime in the Qur’an. Verily We were wont to transcribe what ye knew. Indeed We have brought forth the later creation and have exalted above all that by which men were wont to judge. Say: The air purifieth you even as water purifieth you. O servants of God! Render thanks.
Whoso acteth after the judgment of the Proof of thy Lord hath reached him—nothing shall be accepted from him. And on that Day all shall be as those who were given the Book aforetime: they shall have no authority save such as enter into the religion of God and are of the sincere.
And whoso reciteth a verse of the Book or relateth a tradition thereafter, desiring to act in accordance therewith—such are like unto those who were before; God, their Lord, shall cause them to enter the Religion of Truth. Verily He is powerful over all things.
Say: Were all mankind to gather together, every one of them, to produce the like of that Book, they would not be able, nor would they have the power—even were they the most learned upon the earth. Therefore command all men, every one of them, to recite by night and by day the verse which We sent down at the beginning of the Book, that they may be sustained with the sustenance of their Lord and be assured in God and His signs.
Say: Verily the religion, after all religion, is this: that ye believe in God and His signs, and that ye aid God in the Religion of Truth with whatever power ye possess.
Say: Do not abandon the places wherein ye were wont to worship, but present yourselves before God and shun those who have returned to their former life. Take the right of God by His leave, for He is indeed cognizant of all things.
Glory be to Thee, O God! Bear Thou witness that I have not neglected aught in the First Book concerning that which Thou didst reveal therein: that there is no God but Me; therefore cast yourselves before Me.
Let every soul be assured of what I have expounded therein, that after God and His verses there be no discourse in which people might believe.
Glory be to Thee, O God! Fifty thousand years of the Day of Resurrection have passed; therefore I shall make the fire as light for those who have entered the Gate, as a mercy from Thy presence, for Thou art indeed the Possessor of great mercy.
Say: God is truth, and whatsoever is beside God is His creation, and all are worshippers. O creation of God! Verily, there is no God but Him, and I am the first of them that worship.
Say: Verily He is Muhammad, the Guide, and say: I am the Promised Mahdi in the Mother Book. Say: He is the true Master Whom all were promised. Say: He is the true Qa’im in Whom all believe. And We have sent down this Book as a mercy from Us to all the worlds, lest anyone should say:
“Had God taught me of the appearance of the Mahdi, or had Muhammad and those who were witnesses after Him, and then the believers, returned, I would surely have been among those who presented themselves.”
Say: God, my Lord, is indeed the All-Sufficient, the All-Knowing.
