BB00646: Instructions for delivery of Tablet to Muhammad Shah

He is the Most Exalted, the Most High

Praise be to the Lord Who, through the sublime manifestation of His grace, has distinguished His chosen ones by mighty tribulations—tribulations such that were a single drop from their oceans to descend upon the mountains, it would surely reduce them to dust. His is all praise, as befits Him, and I extol Muhammad and His family as they deserve, for He is the Mighty, the Praiseworthy.

The purpose of writings these lines is that a petition has been written to His Most Holy Presence—may God perpetuate His exalted glory—and entrusted to one of the friends of Truth to present immediately upon arrival and request permission for an audience. Since this was made contingent upon the movement of the royal star, the excuse for not granting audience was explained. Now that impediment has been removed, yet in any case we await what response may issue from the Holy Presence. However, should they themselves undertake this burden, it is hoped the response will be accompanied by royal favors—may His exalted glory endure. In short, whoever undertakes this task, when in the presence of His Majesty, the Shadow of God, let them look upon this page and pardon its worldly formalities. Verily we are God’s and unto Him do we return. And praise be to God, the Lord of all worlds.
