In the Name of God, the Most Great, the Most Great

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I bear witness, and all things bear witness, that Thou art God, there is no God but Thee, the Sender of succor from the depths of Thy bounty, the Dispatcher of rains from the oceans of Thy grace, and the Revealer of waters from the sea of Thy generosity. Praise be unto Thee for what Thou dost now send down of the rains of Thy sovereign oneness, the succor of Thy eternal dominion, and the waters of Thy divine unity.

Glorified, glorified art Thou! How wondrous is the craftsmanship of Thy Lordship, how exalted the sublimity of Thy Godhead! Thou hast permitted all the heavens to send down what Thou hast created therein of their waters, and hast permitted all the earth to bear what descends from the waters of heaven through its power. I witnessed this from my seat in the first year, at the hour of a torrential downpour that caused rivers to flow in such wondrous fashion as to astonish all possessed of insight. And at that moment I bear witness that the torrential rain descended after showers of frozen water, whereupon rivers flowed from the mountaintops as if they were living beings, flowing at supreme heights and lofty elevations through the plains from these rivers. All this is from the mines of Thy bounty, the treasuries of Thy grace, the wonders of Thy favor, the keys of Thy mercy, and the springs of Thy generosity.

Therefore, O my God, by that torrential rain, do Thou send down upon the people of the Bayan the rain of Thy triumph, Thy aid, Thy victory, Thy assistance, Thy support, and Thy succor, and whatsoever Thou hast encompassed in Thy knowledge of the modes of Thy support and the manifestations of Thy victory, until Thou fillest all Thy heavens with the exalted might of the rains of Thy triumph and all Thy earth with the majestic glory of the rains of Thy assistance. Praise be unto Thee for this, with praise that filleth the heaven of Thy bounty, the earth of Thy grace, and the creation of all things with Thy generosity.

O my God! By these descending rains, do Thou send down upon the people of the Bayan the treasuries of Thy conquest and Thy opening, the repositories of Thy commencement and Thy victory, such that they fill all Thy heavens and all Thy earth and whatsoever lieth between them of all created things, their first and their last, their outward and their inward, until Thou quickenest all the earth after its death through Thy bounty and generosity, and transformest the land of veils from all things into the land of knowledge through Thy favor and mercy. And there spring forth from the earth gardens of Thy glorification, Thy sanctification, Thy transcendence, Thy magnification, Thy exaltation, Thy might, Thy elevation, Thy power, Thy sovereignty, Thy manifestation, and whatsoever pertaineth to Thee of the modes of Thy grace and the wonders of Thy bounty. Verily, Thou art, O my God, powerful over whatsoever Thou willest and, O my Beloved, mighty over whatsoever Thou desirest.

Therefore, O my God, do Thou send down upon the First One in the Bayan and the creation of that Paradise that which will elevate them to the ultimate heights and protect them at the utmost pinnacle of might, and present them before Him Whom Thou shalt make manifest on the Last Day in accordance with what He loveth and is pleased with, and above what He loveth and is pleased with, such that no trace of sorrow may be witnessed from any denizens of the Bayan, for nothing can frustrate Thee, O my God, whether in the heavens or on earth or whatsoever lieth between them, and nothing can frustrate Thee, O my Beloved, whether in the kingdom of command or creation or whatsoever lieth between them. Verily, Thou hast encompassed all things in Thy knowledge and Thou art powerful over all things.
