In the name of God, the Most Exalted, the Most Holy

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I testify, and all things testify, that Thou art God, there is no God but Thee, alone without partner. Thine is the kingdom and the dominion, Thine the might and the omnipotence, Thine the power and divinity, Thine the strength and sovereignty, Thine the majesty and glory, Thine the countenance and beauty, Thine the presence and perfection, Thine the force and deeds, Thine the similitude and examples, Thine the station and sublimity, Thine the grandeur and exaltation, Thine the strength and invincibility, Thine the might and transcendence, Thine the joy and gladness, Thine the position and independence, Thine the evidence and manifestation. Thine is whatsoever Thou lovest from the treasuries of Thy Command and Creation. Thou hast ever been before all things, existing after all things, creating apart from all things, and fashioning above all things. Thou hast ever been established over all things, triumphant above all things, manifest over all things, exalted above all things, elevated above all things, and sovereign over all things through the sublimity of Thy power and the excellence of Thy grandeur.

Thou dost ever cause to live and to die, then cause to die and to live, and verily Thou art the Ever-Living Who dieth not, the King Who passeth not away, the Just Who wrongeth not, the Sovereign Who changeth not, and the Single One from Whose grasp nothing escapeth, whether in the heavens or on earth or between them. Thou createst what Thou willest by Thy Command. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I sanctify Thee beyond all that hath sanctified Thee or shall sanctify Thee, and I glorify Thee beyond all that hath glorified Thee or shall glorify Thee, and I unify Thee beyond all that hath unified Thee or shall unify Thee, and I exalt Thee beyond all that hath exalted Thee or shall exalt Thee, and I magnify Thee beyond all that hath magnified Thee or shall magnify Thee. Thou hast caused all things to know Thee and hast caused the rivers of Thy Paradise to flow from the depths of Thy love, that Thou mightest give drink to all therein through what Thou hast created. This is Thy bounty unceasing and Thy grace unfailing to those who know Thee and seek Thy good-pleasure.

I testify unto Thee, O my God, and all things, that I desire not that anyone should grieve in Thy path—how much less above that! Therefore, O God, do Thou protect all Thy loved ones through Thy power and majesty, Thy grandeur and sovereignty, Thy exaltation and loftiness, Thy self-subsistence and glory, Thy eternity and might, Thy sufficiency and transcendence. Verily Thou art the Powerful, the Subduer, the All-Sufficient, the Mighty, the Triumphant, the Most Exalted. Thou hast ever been victorious over all Thy creation, manifest above all Thy servants, invincible above all Thy creatures, elevated above all the dwellers of Thy heaven and earth, and sovereign over all things through Thy power and dominant over all things through Thy might.

Therefore, O God, do Thou suffice Thy loved ones as Thou willest, how Thou willest, when Thou willest, where Thou willest, and through what Thou willest. Verily, nothing in the heavens or on earth or between them can frustrate Thee, and Thou art the Reckoner of all things. Do Thou inspire Thy loved ones to preserve, as they would their own eyes, the fruits of the paradise of Thy oneness, the depths of Thy unity, the ocean of Thy singleness, and the seas of Thy grandeur’s might, and whatsoever Thou hast sent down from Thy presence with wondrous, sublime, exalted and impregnable lordship. For this is Thy provision for Thy servants and for those who behold Thee with the eye of the heart.

Therefore, O God, through these provisions which Thou hast ordained for the hearts of all created things, do Thou purify what they seek in the stations of Thy Cause and creation, through Thy endless favors and Thy never-fading blessings. Verily, Thou art from the Most Exalted Horizon, the Cleaver of the dawn and light. Thou hast created all things from nothing through Thy Will, and provided for all things from nothing through Thy mercy, and caused all things to die through Thy power. Thou hast given life to all things, and through that which hath been sent down from Thee Thou hast raised up whomsoever Thou willest among Thy creation. Thou art He Who sufficeth all things from all things, while nothing in the heavens or on earth or in all that lieth between them can ever suffice Thee, O my God.

Do Thou ordain for us, O Lord, that which beseemeth the loftiness of Thy grace, the sublimity of Thy bounty, the exaltation of Thy generosity, the inaccessibility of Thy favor, and the ascendancy of Thy Cause. Heal Thou, O Lord, those who have been afflicted in Thy path, and send down Thy word of mercy and good-pleasure upon the hearts of Thy loved ones. Strengthen Thou, O Lord, the hearts of Thy chosen ones in Thy knowledge and love, and inspire them to maintain silence in Thy path lest any soul be saddened, for verily Thou art the Guardian over all things.

Glory be unto Thee! How exalted is Thy transcendence, how mighty is Thy power, how great is Thy majesty, how glorious is Thy sovereignty, how sublime is Thy grandeur, how invincible is Thy strength, how resplendent is the beauty of Thy countenance! From time immemorial all have been in awe of Thy justice, observant of Thy forbearance, content with Thy bounty, mindful of Thy Self, and drawn nigh unto Thee through Thy love. There is no God but Thee. Nothing in the heavens or on earth or in all that lieth between them can ever be hidden from Thy knowledge, nor can anything in the kingdom of earth or creation or aught else besides these ever frustrate Thee, for Thou art indeed the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful, the Inaccessible.

Do Thou send down, O Lord, from the repository of Thy mercy and the treasury of Thy bounty that which will bring tranquility to the hearts of Thy loved ones. Verily, Thou art the Most Merciful of the merciful, the Most Generous of the generous, the Most Great of the great, the Most Exalted of the exalted, and the Most Wise of the wise. All Thy servants prostrate themselves before Thee, worship Thee, glorify Thee, sanctify Thee, praise Thee and thank Thee, desiring naught but the exaltation of Thy Cause, Thy forbearance, the inviolability of Thy decree and Thy might. Do Thou cause all Thy loved ones to attain unto the sanctuary of Thy good-pleasure and bounty, the sublimity of Thy generosity and might, for Thou hast ever been watchful over all Thy servants and observant of the dwellers of Thy earth and heaven.

I testify, and all Thy creation doth testify, that every object of worship besides Thee is not founded upon truth, and every goal besides Thee hath no standing. Through Thee, O my God, have I become independent of all Thy creation, through Thee, O my God, have I found sufficiency from all Thy servants, through Thee, O my Beloved, have I become content with all things, through Thee, O my Goal, have I been exalted above all things, and through Thee, O my Object of Worship, have I gained ascendancy over all that Thou hast created or wilt create by Thy command. Verily Thou art my sufficiency in my first and last state, in my return and abode.

Thou hast ever been the Knower of all things, the Powerful over all things, the Witness of all things, the Encompasser of all things, and the Potent to do whatsoever Thou willest. Send Thou Thy blessings upon the exponents of Thy Cause and the embodiments of Thy command and decree, through that whereby Thy Cause shall be vindicated, Thy decree exalted, Thy transcendence manifested, Thy forbearance revealed, and Thy power demonstrated. Verily Thou art the All-Knowing, the All-Encompassing.
