He is the Most Exalted, the Most High

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Glorified be He Who knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on earth. Then those who have believed and remained steadfast upon the path, these shall be gathered unto God, and they shall be the triumphant ones. Verily God will reward them with the best of what they have wrought in this earthly life, and verily there is no God but He, the Strong, the Mighty.

O my God! How can I call upon Thee when my prayers neither ascend nor rise unto the sanctuary of Thy holiness, owing to the loftiness of Thy station and the greatness of Thy sovereignty, nor can they be mentioned or praised before Thee, due to their lowly position and abject station? Yet, since Thou didst bring me into being and didst manifest Thyself unto me at the beginning of my existence through the light of the raiments of Thy Most Holy Being and the Sovereign of Thine eternity, my knowledge of this hath emboldened me to call upon Thee and make mention of Thee, in hope of Thy bounties and in reliance upon Thy generosity and decrees.

I testify that there is no God but Thee, alone with no partner, as Thou dost love and art pleased with. And I bear witness to Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, Hassan, Hussein, Ali, Muhammad, Ja’far, Musa, Ali, Muhammad, Ali, Hassan, and Muhammad—Thy blessings be upon them all—the Guardians of the Faith and the Pillars of the people of certitude, even as Thou hast testified to them in the knowledge of the unseen and as Thou desirest from Thy servants. Verily Thou art God, the Great, the Most High.

And I bear witness for myself, O my God, and for whomsoever Thou lovest among Thy chosen ones, as Thou hast willed for us and as Thou dost love and art pleased with. I beseech Thee, O God, by Thy most beautiful names and Thy most exalted attributes, and by all that Thou lovest and art pleased with, to protect the bearer of this green leaf from every evil encompassed by Thy knowledge, and to cause him to enter into every good encompassed by Thy knowledge, through Thy grace and bounty and the sovereignty of Thy might and power. Verily Thou art God, the Most High, the Most Great. And verily I say: Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds.
