In the Name of God, the Most High, the Most Great

Glorified be He Who hath sent down the Book wherein is guidance and remembrance for people who hear. Verily We have sent down the Kitabu’l-ʿAdl wherein are ordinances from Our presence for people who act. And verily We know what thou doest before Us, and We shall surely reward the patient ones. Say: Praise be to God Who hath permitted me to enter the Sacred House and to be among the thankful. Say: God doeth what He willeth and all act according to the decree of the Book. Say: Verily God doth test those on earth by His command and all submit unto Him.

By thy Lord, the Lord of the heavens and earth, We have indeed tried mankind in thy Lord’s days with Our signs. Say: Those who follow God’s command—these are the guided ones. And those who follow their own desires—God will neither forgive them nor guide them.

Abasement is decreed for them in this worldly life and on the Day of Resurrection they shall surely be questioned before Us. Say: God, my Lord, will requite thee most highly for what thy hands have wrought in God’s religion before Us, and We are witness to all things. God bless thee and those of thy kindred who follow Me.

Convey peace to thy father and those who followed Me in the days of fear, for they are among the guided ones. And God knoweth what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and He will judge between all with justice on the Day of Resurrection. Say: Glory be to Him and exalted is He above what they associate.

Say: The Unseen belongeth unto God alone, and I know not anything in the heavens or on earth save what God willeth for me. He is the Mighty, the Wise.

Say: Those who speak concerning My judgment without the letters of justice or who address Me with the names of God—these are the wrongdoers.
