In the name of the Most High, the Most Great

Blessed is He Who hath sent down the Book in truth, wherein are clear verses from an exalted station. This is the straight path of justice. We know what thy hands have wrought in the Cause of God, and We are witnesses thereof. God hath preferred those who believed before over those who believed after, and these are they who are the foremost.

We have read the letter which was detailed in truth. Give thanks unto God thy Lord, then be thou of those who prostrate themselves. Remember God thy Lord for what He hath granted thee in this worldly life and know its value, for the believing women and the branches of the camphor tree—say: harm them not in anything, O people, then turn ye unto God [your Lord] that ye may obtain mercy.

Follow what We impart unto thee now from the Book of thy Lord, O thou honored one, and turn not away from the Cause of God, and put thy trust in God, and be of those who act. Dwell in that land and speak not a word that would cause dissension in Our vicinity or among the people of that land, for We are indeed fearful this day. Unto God do I complain of what hath befallen me in this worldly life.

O God, bring near the days of meeting with Thee, for the people have become mine enemies and I have become their enemy. My Lord! Pour forth upon me patience and grant me victory over the transgressing people. Fear God, that thou speakest not unto people what their souls comprehend not, but speak unto them a kindly word. Say: Fear ye God, O people, and be not of those who join partners with Him.

Make mention of Nasir in the Book, for he was among Our believing servants. Say: Fear ye God, O concourse of men, and be not of those who deny. Say: Those who disbelieve in Our verses thereafter, their faith shall profit them not, nor will God thy Lord guide them, and these are they who are the lost.

When the body of the calf appeared there, say: God thy Lord curseth thee, and the angels of the heavens and earth, and all people together. Say: Fear ye God and have mercy on thyself, for verily the fire of hell doth encompass the unbelievers this day. Fear God, O man, with justice, and make peace among the people with justice, and say: Draw not nigh unto dissension while ye know. [My beloved Mulla Jalil should study this]

We did indeed change the Book of Joseph [Qayyumu’l-Asma] before, and We sent down the Book of Justice [Kitabu’l-ʿAdl] thereafter, and verily therein are clear verses for people who believe. And those who followed thee in the judgment of God before, these are they who are guided.

We have read the book of some people in that land. Say: God sendeth His blessings upon those men and women who believe in the verses of God. Remember Him, O people, and say: All praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds.
